Do I need to book an appointment?
While Lumie Salon accepts walk-ins when availability permits, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure you get your preferred stylist and time slot.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website, by calling the salon directly, or by visiting us in person. Online booking enables you to view all available time slots and select the one that best suits you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you must provide us with 48-hour notice. If you are a No-Show or happen to cancel within 24 hours or less of your appointment, there is a fee of 75% of the service booked. In the case you are running late more than 15 minutes, please give us a courtesy call, and we will try to accommodate the services you requested within the allotted time.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to discuss any specific requirements with your stylist.

​If you're running late, please call the salon as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Absolutely! When booking, you can request your preferred stylist. If they are unavailable, we will recommend an alternative stylist who can deliver the same high standard of service.

How should I prepare my hair for a Rezo or custom curly cut appointment?
Please arrive with your hair washed, fully dried, and free of any product, in its natural curl pattern. This allows us to see your true curl shape and deliver the best dry cut results.
