CANCELLATION POLICY

While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with 48-hour notice.

If you are a No-Show or happen to cancel within 24 hours or less of your appointment, there is a fee of 75% of the service booked. 

In the case you are running late more than 15 minutes, please give us a courtesy call and we will try to accommodate the services you requested within the allotted time.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.

REFUND POLICY

At Lumie Salon, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority.

 

All of our hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.
